Fire Safety Presentation and Fire Truck Rides!

The Dalhart Fire Department Chief, Curtis Brown came to speak to the home school kids on fire safety. The kids also got to ride on the fire trucks! Thanks Dalhart Fire Department!!!

Discovery Center Field Trip

The Discovery Center!!!! We went on a field trip to the Discovery Center. We had a great time! The kids got to observe a cow eye dissection and a fire presentation. Everyone had such a great time!

Art Projects!!!

The kids made art projects and presented them to everyone! Good job kids, great art!

Bridge Building!

We have some great bridge builders!! The students built bridges with popsicle sticks and we tested how much weight they could hold! Everyone did a great job!

New School Year!!!

Hello everyone! I am so excited that a new school year has started!! A new school year means new activities!! Thanks to Dana for planning our year of activities for us!! What would we do without her...? There are plenty of open dates if anyone else has an idea for an activity or a field trip! Just let me know if you plan something and I will get it on the blog and Dana will get an email out to everyone!!! I pray that everyone has an awesome year!! Happy Home Schooling!!! :)

Track Meet

Every year the home schoolers participate with the students from DCA and St Anthony's in a track meet!! It is always so much fun. This year the weather even cooperated except for the wind!!! All of the kids did a great job! Here are a few pictures from the meet! Enjoy
