History Day!!

Today some of the home school kids participated in History Day! Each child chose a person from history, dressed up like that person and gave a presentation on the person! All the kids did an awesome job! We had a wide range of people in history including Leah, Jacob's wife in Genesis, to Pocahontas, Squanto, Sarah Hale,  Betsy Ross, George Washington, Amelia Earhart, C.S Lewis, an army guy and Larry Mahan!  EVERYONE did a great job!!! Way to go guys!!!

Science Demonstrations!

Today some of the homeschoolers did science demonstrations at the ROC. The kids did a great job! We had kids from 4 years old to 5th grade do demonstrations! It was great seeing the kids so excited to tell everyone what they have learned!! Good job kids!!

Welcome to the Dalhart Homeschool blog. Our goal in setting this up is to make sure that all homeschoolers in the area know about all of our events and gatherings and to post pictures of those events! We want to make sure to reach everyone in the Dalhart area that is a homeschooler!  Please let me know of any events or gatherings and I will get it posted!
